Michael Paskaru
Hello, my name is Michael Paskaru.
I work as a part-time Professor at Humber College, teaching Psychology and Philosophy-related courses. I hold an Honours Bachelor's degree in Psychology from York University and a Master’s in Philosophy of Mind and Psychology from Tilburg University.
Interests
I am interested in how philosophy and psychology can help youth and adolescents strengthen their minds so that they can not only be understood better from a computational perspective, but also contribute to their morality and well-being.
Areas of focus
I work at the intersection of philosophy of mind, virtue ethics, and cognitive science.
My inspirations include but are not limited to: Schopenhauer, Kant, Plato, Aristotle, and Fodor.
