Michael Paskaru
I was born in Tel Aviv and moved to Canada at the age of two. I work as a part-time Professor at Humber College, teaching Psychology and Philosophy-related courses. I hold an Honours Bachelor's degree in Psychology from York University and a Master’s in Philosophy of Mind and Psychology from Tilburg University. I am also the Founder and Director of BeAstro, a nonprofit supporting teachers, and the Founder of HarmonyHQ, a for-profit company developing an app to assist parents in raising teenagers.
Interests
I am interested in how Philosophy and Psychology can help youth and adolescents strengthen their minds so that they can not only be understood better from a computational perspective, but also contribute to their morality and well-being.

I work at the intersection of philosophy of mind, virtue ethics, and cognitive science.
My inspirations include but are not limited to: Schopenhauer, Kant, Plato, Aristotle, Fodor, E.N Sokolov, Doris, Alfano, Alvarez.

- Writing Agent After, a sci-fi fantasy adventure screenplay.
